As we settle into the summer rhythm, it feels like the perfect time to pause and share some of the goodness that’s been unfolding lately - and a little of what’s coming next.

From wrapping up another season of Creative Me, to planting seeds for new partnerships, it’s been a beautiful mix of reflection, play, and purposeful creation.

Creative Me – Summer Wrap-Up

Our Creative Me group has finished for the summer, and what a joy it’s been! We’re excited to restart in September with fresh projects and inspiration.

Spotlight on Our Stars

Huge shoutout to Freya from OT Crafts! She crafted a magical stool for two local schools, and her sustainable jewellery was a big hit — her attention to detail is truly inspiring. Freya has been part of Creative Me from the beginning, and seeing her flourish and branching out fills us with Joy!

Summer Workshops with Damascus Youth Group

The younger years participated in Flower Firework sessions led by the wonderful Sarah from New Leaf Forest School. These sessions allowed the children to explore nature and creativity, culminating in the spreading of wildflower seeds in a dedicated area of the park during the open day. This initiative not only beautified the space but also fostered a sense of ownership and environmental stewardship among the children.

Reimagining SEN Space at Caldecotte School

Caldecotte School has invited us to reimagine their SEN space — we’re seeking funding and partners to make this happen. Please get in touch if you’d like to support!
